<strong>01</strong> What does "JOG" stand for?

<strong>02 </strong>What is the Design/Order Process

Digital mockups are created free of charge for every order. We require high-resolution vector files in either .ai or .eps format. If the required files are unavailable, our design team can recreate the artwork for an additional fee. Before production begins, all artwork, mockups, and order details must be reviewed and approved by the customer.

JOG also offers an Online Service and Design Approval System. Please contact your JOG representative for more details.

<strong>03 </strong>How do I know what size(s) to order?

Please refer to our size charts to determine your best fit. For hockey jerseys, socks, and shell pants, we recommend measuring your current gear and comparing those measurements to our size chart for the most accurate sizing. For all other apparel and sports jerseys, use your body measurements and compare them directly to the size chart.

<strong>04 </strong>When will my order start production?

We will begin your order upon the receipt of the following information:

  1. Final customer-approved design
  2. Final customer-approved estimate
  3. Final customer-approved order form, including quantities, sizes, names, billing, and shipping information
  4. Payment submission (full payment, deposit, or approved Purchase Order)

    Production lead times vary depending on the time of year and seasonal demand. We recommend working closely with your JOG representative to ensure your order is delivered in time for your game date or event.

    <strong>05</strong> How should I wash my JOG Products?
    • Hand wash or machine wash on “gentle” setting
    • Use cold water and mild soap – Do NOT wash in hot water
    • Rinse thoroughly
    • Do NOT use chlorine bleach
    • Do NOT use fabric softener
    • Air-dry or tumble dry on low
    • Wash with like colors or separately
    • Do NOT dry clean
    • Do NOT iron over printed garments

    For best results, hang garments to dry. If machine drying is necessary, turn garments inside out and use the lowest heat setting. Remove items promptly once the cycle is complete. Excessive heat may cause shrinkage, fading, or damage to fabrics and graphics.

    Please note: JOG Athletics is not responsible for damage caused by improper garment care or maintenance. Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may void all product guarantees.

    <strong>06</strong> What is JOG's Warranty Policy?

    At JOG, we stand behind the quality of every order and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact your sales representative as soon as possible with a description of the concern and photos for review.

    If JOG determines there is a product defect or order error involving items such as sizing, quantity, color, or production quality, we will work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue. Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, negligence, improper care, or use outside their intended purpose are not covered under warranty.

    Important: All warranty claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
